Tied Group Results

  1. Where 2 players in a group have both won the same number of games thus creating a tie, the match between those two players decides the group placing
  2. If 3 (or more) players are tied it is only the matches between those players which count. If this process removes one of the three then go back to step 1 to decide the Group Winner
  3. If the tied players cannot be separated on the above basis then the number of games involving the tied players only must be counted and the ratio between games won & lost decides the positions

In larger groups this may only sort out some of the tied players so the same process would then proceed except with points rather than games (NB remembering only the matches involving the tied players count)

If a player concedes a match without playing the score recorded will be 0-11, 0-11. 0-11

Likewise if a player does not complete a game from say 3-7 a score of 3-11 is recorded
