Table tennis is a well established and, in worldwide terms, one of the most televised sports, not surprising for a sport played in so many countries.

HTTC Club Development Officer, Ian Ford, says "This is an ideal opportunity for players of all ages and abilities to get involved with an enjoy table tennis. We're planning one or two special features within the league programme including outdoor table, barbecue and quiz nights so it's not going to be too serious. However serious or not we'll still be keeping our eye out to spot any new playing talent that this venture might bring to our club!"
